Network License Has Expired

0 votes

I bought a license to audio|acacia some time ago and now I get this message, "Network License Has Expired". In my account under the "Locations" tab, I have two entries each with the same physical address. One says it has a "Standard License" and the other says that it has an expired "Trial License".

Can you please help me, how to fix this.

This problem usually occurs as a result of changing something in your network configuration that causes audio|acacia to prompt you to register your network again, such as purchasing a new router, switching ISPs, or moving to a new home. Your "Standard License" has been applied to your first network when you purchased audio|acacia, and now it needs to be manually transferred to your new network.

In this situation, you just need to get in touch with Plethra technical support here: http://www.plethra.com/resources/submit-feedback
