Brand New User- Cannot Register Network

Greetings. I'm attempting to register for my trial and check this service out. I've entered all of my info, but when I get the screen that asks for network name and street addess, it says registration failed. Any guidance?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have identified the problem and are working on a fix. In the mean time if you open a support ticket we can manually register your network so you can try it out.
